DESCRIPTION:The July GAC will feature the following agenda items:\n\n\n\n\n\n- Jay Newman\, COO of The Athens Group\, and Rohan a'Beckett\, Deputy GM of Investments & Securities at the Wanda Group\, will give a presentation concerning plans for 9900 Wilshire. \n\n\n\nThe first part of the presentation will focus on The Wanda Group's real estate business both in China and internationally. The second part will focus on the One Beverly Hills project which has been designed to improve upon the primarily residential 9900 Wilshire Boulevard project to include a 134-room boutique luxury hotel without any change in the project's height and density.\n\n\n\n- Mindy Lake\, Sr. Construction Relations Officer for the Metro Purple Line Extension\, will discuss Metro's Eat\, Shop Play campaign to assist businesses impacted by Subway construction. Businesses located in the vicinity of La Cienega and Wilshire are especially encouraged to attend.
