Noriko is a seasoned banker and trusted advisor with 25 years of commercial banking and lending experience in the Greater Los Angeles area. She is one of the original members in the Los Angeles office, where she played a key role in expanding the bank into the LA market. She is responsible for the acquisition and management of business client relationships for middle market, privately held companies, nonprofit organizations, high net worth individuals and real estate investors, by providing business and commercial real estate loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, treasury management and deposit solutions to help clients reach their business goals. Noriko has a wide ranging client base, which includes wholesalers, distributors, freight forwarders, professionals, franchise owners, real estate investors, manufacturers, Synagogues and Universities located throughout Los Angeles County.
Dean has had over 10 years of experience in commercial banking and finance, specifically in customer relationship management, business development, commercial credit analyses and underwriting. He also has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and mortgage lending, C & I financing, SBA financing and financial statement and cash flow analysis. Dean is responsible for growing commercial lending and business banking relationships in the Los Angeles area. His primary areas of specialty are owner-occupied, short-term bridge/turnaround, construction and stabilized commercial real estate loans, particularly in retail, office and mixed-use asset types.
