Attendees will work to develop goals for themselves and identify the steps needed to achieve them.\n\n\n\nFacilitator Jeffrey-Francis McAuther's background includes 25 years of banking with a specialization in small business lending. He is an avid speaker and recently won Toastmaster "Division B" Champion Speaker. Jeffrey-Francis holds a BA in Economics from Cal State University LA\, and an MBA in Administration from the University of Phoenix.\n\n\n\nThe Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce has partnered with the Santa Monica College Small Business Development Center (SBDC) to offer low-cost training workshops to Beverly Hills companies and residents. An SBDC consultant will be on hand at the Chamber to deliver workshops for both startup entrepreneurs and established companies. In general\, evening workshops will be held on the third Wednesday of every month.\n\n \n\nSBDC consultants have many years of professional experience in their niche fields.
