DESCRIPTION:Our aim is to help people get what they want from their businesses. We do that by providing a complete system with simple tools to help the business leaders do 3 things we call vision\, traction\, healthy.\n\n \n\n1. Vision\, from the standpoint of first getting leaders 100% on the same page with where your organization is going and how it is going to get there.\n\n \n\n2. Traction\, from the standpoint of helping leaders to become more disciplined and accountable\, executing really well to achieve every part of their vision.\n\n \n\n3. Healthy\, meaning helping leaders to become a healthy\, functional\, cohesive leadership team because unfortunately\, leaders often don't function well as a team.\n\n \n\nIn the workshops\, we will provide an overview of the system and give participants specific tools they can begin implementing immediately.                    \n\n \n\nIn the workshop on November 7\, we will review the EOS Model and focus on Processing Issues.  Bring your toughest issues and Greg Stuart\, Certified Business Coach\, will work with you to resolve them.
