Mr. Harbin spent thirty years as a U.S. Postal Inspector.  Both are on the Board of Directors of the National Telemarketing Victim Call Center (NTVCC).  The NTVCC is a 501 c (3) nonprofit organization that provides education and prevention services to consumers who have been victimized or are at risk of being victimized by mass marketing frauds.
