Horton managing the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program and other initiatives sponsored by the Chairman.  Rafael also has experience working as a Business Taxes Representative and worked at the California Employment Development Department where he was responsible for education and outreach to the employer community.\n\n \n\nRafael served honorably in the United States Marine Corps and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from California State University\, Dominguez Hills.\n\n\n\n \n**Space is strictly limited to the first 50 registrants**
