A presentation on the Building an Affordable California Act from the California Chamber of Commerce which modernizes the state’s outdated approval process to build essential projects faster and more affordably.
A discussion of California Senate Bill 310 which would create a new private right of action undermining recently enacted reforms to reduce burdensome litigation for businesses.
An update on potential changes to driving speed limits in the City of Beverly Hills.
