Lisa Chipps

Dr. Lisa Chipps is a fellowship-trained dermatologic cosmetic surgeon specializing in Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, laser skin treatments, liposuction, and cosmetic dermatology at Moy-Fincher-Chipps Facial Plastics/Dermatology, an affiliate of Golden State Dermatology, in Beverly Hills, Encino and Torrance. She is faculty at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She trained at UCLA, USC, and University of Colorado. Her approach is healthy, beautiful, natural skin, and skin cancer education and prevention.

Edgar Fincher

Dr. Edgar Fincher received both his MD and PhD degrees from The University of Tennessee, Memphis. He then completed early training in general surgery at Stanford University.

Dr. Edgar Fincher received both his MD and PhD degrees from The University of Tennessee, Memphis. He then completed early training in general surgery at Stanford University followed by a research fellowship, also at Stanford University, where he studied mechanisms of skin wound healing. Dr. Fincher then completed his dermatology residency at Stanford University before relocating to Los Angeles for a Fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery, laser and cosmetic surgery.

Kaitie McKeever

Kaitie McKeever is a registered nurse with a degree from the highly competitive nursing program at Moorpark College. She brings extensive experience in both outpatient internal medicine and critical care in hospital settings. As the cosmetic surgical coordinator at Moy-Fincher-Chipps Dermatology, Kaitie oversees pre- and post-operative care for all patients, ensuring exceptional follow-up. In addition, she is a skilled injector, specializing in neurotoxins, fillers, PRP, microneedling, and laser treatments.

Kaitie’s passion lies in patient education, particularly in areas such as skin cancer prevention, skincare, and cosmetic dermatology. She combines her expertise in patient care and dermatology to provide comprehensive, compassionate care to all her patients.

Dr. Moy is a board certified, fellowship-trained dermatologist. Dr. Moy is proud and excited to follow in her world-renowned father Dr. Ronald Moy’s footsteps.

As one of the leading cosmetic and facial plastic surgeons in Los Angeles, Dr. Lauren Moy is also a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and has publications in more than 20 scholarly articles. As a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon specializing in Mohs surgery, she also specializes in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, laser procedures, liposuction, hair loss, and general and cosmetic dermatology.

He specializes in cosmetic and facial plastic surgery, face lifts, liposuction, laser skin resurfacing, eye lifts, and Mohs Micrographic Surgery. He has performed over 30,000 cases of Mohs Micrographic Surgery and facial plastic surgery over the past 25 years of clinical practice. Dr. Moy’s medical background and accomplishments include completing his dermatology residency training at UCLA. Dr. Moy then completed his Facial Cosmetic and Mohs Micrographic Surgery Fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh Center for Health Services. Dr. Moy has trained all the physicians in this practice in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and in Cosmetic Surgery in an American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship.

Shelby Saltsman, PA-C

Shelby Saltsman, MMSc, PA-C, is a licensed and board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. Shelby grew up in Atlanta, GA where she completed her Physician Assistant training at Mercer University. Prior to joining Moy-Fincher-Chipps, Shelby practiced medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in both the Bay Area and Atlanta. Shelby loves educating her patients on proper skincare practices and helping people look and feel their best. She is excited to continue her passion of providing excellent dermatologic care in beautiful Southern California. When she’s not seeing patients, Shelby enjoys exploring LA with her husband, running, and trying new restaurants.

Jeffrey SO

Jeff is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in East Asian Studies at UCLA, and went on to pursue his passion in medicine at Western University of Health Sciences where he earned his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies.

Having had experience in general medicine, general surgery, plastic surgery, and other fields, dermatology stood out as an exciting field to take on. Having had extensive training in dermatology, Jeff is proficient and well versed in the areas of general dermatology, minor surgical procedures, lasers, non-invasive skin tightening procedures, fillers, and neurotoxins.

Jeff has been working with Dr. Ronald Moy for over 25 years and has been on notable scholarly publications for both cosmetic surgery techniques, laser, technology, and many more. He is always working with Dr. Ronald Moy on clinical trials to provide our patients with the newest treatments and cutting edge technology.
