Join us for an opportunity to hear from Matt McGarty on the Homelessness, Drug Addiction, and Theft Reduction Act, which has qualified for the 2024 November General Election. He will be discussing this bi-partisan measure that provides common sense targeted reforms to Prop 47 that legislative proposals alone are unable to deliver.  An opportunity for Q & A will be held at the end of the session.
