You are cordially invited to a Beverly Hills Chamber Exclusive Chairman’s Circle Experience with Crateful and Michael Fiorentino of Eat, Speak, Travel to bring you the first ever Beverly Hills Italian Night hosted by Curt Northrup, Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Order food and wine for the whole family and join us for a live Zoom event celebrating Italy, its food and its people. Best of all, Crateful will deliver a delicious Italian dinner right to your door! There will be live entertainment, food tutorials, wine tasting and guests tuning in from Italy.

Emanuele Ponzo of Crateful will share his personal journey from Italy to Beverly Hills and why Italians love Beverly Hills so much. He will also have surprise guests and friends from Italy appearing throughout the event.
 
Elizabeth Campora, Head Chef at Crateful will give a tutorial on the preparation of one of their signature Italian dishes. Chef Campora will walk us through the preparation, ingredients and cooking techniques, giving us professional tips and advice.  If you have ever wanted to see why it tastes so good, you will hear from the source!
 
After the cooking, sommelier Mirko Redaelli will lead a tasting of the wines available with your dinner. He will explain why each wine is a great pairing with the dishes on the menu and why they complement each other so well.

About Emanuele Ponzo: Emanuele Ponzo is an Italian-born entrepreneur. From adolescence until 23 years old, he was a soccer player. But after a serious back injury, he turned his life towards the business world. After graduating as an international business lawyer, he took his love for negotiating contracts and developed his first company in legal services and real estate. This company went on to become one of the top companies in Italy in just a few years time.
