Government Affairs Committee

Please join us for this month’s Beverly Hills Government Affairs Committee meeting on Thursday, April 18 from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
 
This month, the GAC will host two speakers presenting new developments which have raised important land-use issues in the City. Attorney Murray Fischer will present plans for a proposed new car dealership, Beverly Hills Infiniti, which will occupy some of the properties vacated when BMW left the City a few years ago.
 
Stanley Stalford will discuss AKA, an extended stay residence at Crescent and Wilshire. Stalford will talk about the unique regulatory challenges facing an extended stay residence and the services offered by the development.
 
Should time permit, we may discuss a few pending bills in the State Assembly that affect our members.
