A report in the Harvard Business Review said that a one star change in an online review can lead to a 5-9% change in revenue. The Beverly Hills Chamber is offering a free seminar to medical industry professionals who are interested in learning how to improve their online review scores on websites such as, Yelp, Google+, HealthGrades, etc.
The team from Spotlight Communication Group will be teaching how your practice can increase the number and quality of reviews your physicians and your practice attracts, as well as how to leverage those reviews to build more business.
