ADA Compliance – Help! Someone Says My Website Is Inaccessible! Tips for Ensuring Accessibility to Your Business
1 in 4 adults in the US have some type of disability – are you missing out on business because of ADA accessibility issues? Website accessibility has been the subject of many recent lawsuits and demands, and the cost of defending such suits is on the rise. Our expert will go over the latest trends in accessibility litigation, from physical locations to website accessibility, and will offer resources and cost-effective solutions for achieving website accessibility. We will also discuss the business and legal case for making your business accessible to those with mobility, vision, hearing, or cognitive disabilities and strategies for avoiding high-cost litigation that may slow your business’ growth. We’ll also introduce and discuss emerging issues like the use of artificial intelligence, analytics, cookies, and trackers on your website and the potential for litigation relating to those technologies.
