MAKE MUSIC LA, SUNDAY, JUNE 21, 2015
Make Music LA is an annual festival of free, participatory concerts (throughout the city and county) taking place on a single day -June 21
st the Summer Solstice. Make Music is celebrated worldwide in more than 700 cities and 110 countries. Community members across a multitude of backgrounds and musical tastes are able to vividly experience a range of musical genres in their own neighborhoods and backyards, all free of cost.

The MMLA team is working with community groups, churches, council districts ,libraries, arts organizations, chambers of commerce and individuals developing new partnerships, communities and venues.

Mass Appeal Events
Make Music LA Mass Appeal events this year will include Harmonicas, Saxophones, Ukuleles and piano's. Imagine an event where you can bring your keyboard out into the park to jam with 100 of your closest friends. Sounds like fun. Music Teachers
Make Music LA is a perfect opportunity to showcase your students to their families, friends and the public. Please share information about MMLA with your students and encourage them to keep busy playing their instrument over the summer. Neighborhood libraries are celebrating MMLA and are a great venue for your students.
