The Chamber has partnered with the Beverly Hills Bar Association and Small Business Development Center to bring together a panel of experts to discuss updates to the CARES Act and HR, Tax, and Legal issues as businesses begin to re-open.
Panelists will discuss the effect of recent legislation covering the Paycheck Protection Program on:
- use of funds,
- loan forgiveness calculation, and
- terms of repayment.
- program application representations,
- receiving funds, and
- PPP loan forgiveness.
