Stars of Cabernet is the premier tasting of the year celebrating Cabernet Sauvignon. Featuring over 40 of the best Cabernet producing wineries in California & Washington. This year features a light dinner buffet, with a significantly larger selection over years past, all tastefully prepared by The Peninsula Beverly Hills. | Winemaker for Alpha Omega and Consulting Winemaker for chateaus and wineries worldwide—will introduce THE DEBATE, a trio of single vineyard Cabernets from esteemed Beckstoffer properties. Compare, contrast, and debate the three distinct expressions of Napa Valley! Class starts at 6pm promptly and ends at 7pm, including enhanced heavy appetizer plate - event takes place in boardroom, and is limited to 20 guests. Ticket includes access to the event at 7pm; dinner will not be provided to this group, but the appetizer plate will be significant. All attendees will receive a VIP gift bag. |

| One of the most exciting new brands in California Collectable Cabernet is “Fairchild” - setting records at the Napa Valley wine auction, and top rankings in Robert Parkers Wine Advocate (96-100 points). Come meet and taste with Lawrence Fairchild - as he presented his resent release of STONES that sold out in less than 1 hour of its release. Attendees at this session will be added to the Fairchild mailing list and extended an opportunity to purchase the next release. Ticket includes tasting with Fairchild and lavish 6pm dinner buffet on patio at Peninsula, VIP privilege ends at 7:00 PM - ticket to 7:00 PM tasting is included in this ticket - all attendees will receive a VIP gift bag. |

Silent Auction benefits TJ Martell Foundation. There will be over 50 silent auction items for the 150 guests. Lots include limited release wine and large formats.
The T.J. Martell Foundation is the music industry's largest foundation that funds innovative medical research focused on finding cures for leukemia, cancer and AIDS. The Foundation sources and supports early-stage research projects aimed at developing more effective clinical treatments for patients which otherwise might not be funded. Learn more at tjmartell.org.
