Dr. Turan Senguder has completed his professional study at Harvard University, Massachusetts. Dr. Senguder earned his Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, graduating magna cum laude with high honors. He received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mercer University, Atlanta, GA, graduating cum laude with high honors, and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University, Atlanta, GA, graduating cum laude with high honors. He received a certificate from Cambridge University, UK. His doctorial dissertation was entitled “An Examination of Personal and Cultural Values Between Turkish and American Consumers Concerning Cross-National Customer Satisfaction Judgement.” (Published by UMI - Bell & Howell, Ann Arbor, MI. UMI Number: 3003325.) He has published several articles in journals and conference proceedings. He has also presented numerous papers in national as well as international conferences. Dr. Senguder is the co-author of a book entitled “Perspectives in Consumer Behavior: An Anthropological Approach”. His current research interests are in the areas of customer satisfaction, product management, advertising, promotional strategy, innovation, cross-cultural marketing, branding, new product launch strategies, marketing strategy and entrepreneurship, and general marketing. He was a registered Licensed Investment Broker, an Investment Banker, for an investment firm in Atlanta, GA and Admissions Representative for a University in Atlanta, GA. He is also an international business consultant-real estate.
