KAN OFF is poised to end homelessness in Los Angeles through comprehensive wrap-around services. We identify, house, and provide services tailored to the specific needs of the identified persons. We believe that access to food, cloth, shelter, and health is a human right. Businesses should not profit from human misery. It is the responsibility of a responsible society to ensure that its citizens have access to these basic needs without regard to gender, race, or political affiliation
