Paul Supnik practices trademark, copyright, and entertainment law. He advises businesses in the selection and use of brand identities, protects trademarks in the U.S. and internationally through registration strategies, enhances value with licensing, and litigates trademark and copyright disputes. Paul has written and spoken on these subjects domestically and abroad. Industries represented include: Internet, apparel, cosmetic, restaurant, travel and tourism, advertising, sporting goods, toy, software, financial, arts, and media.
