Government Affairs Committee Meeting

Please join us for our August Government Affairs Committee meetings where we will have a fresh slate of important issues to discuss!

Our agenda includes the following:

• ​A presentation on the future of the City's outdoor dining program, including the current OpenBH program, which will be reviewed by the Beverly Hills City Council in September.
• An update and discussion on evaluation of the continuation of the North Canon Wall.
• A presentation on a series of federal legislation aimed at regulating technology companies such as Facebook and Google and which could impact other businesses as well.
• A discussion of California Assembly Bill 1401 which would prohibit minimum parking requirements for developments near transit stops.
