The 2nd Annual Sino-U.S. Cultural Industry Summit
The Sino-U.S. Cultural Industry Summit is a non-profit organization that promotes food, culture, film, art, tourism, trade and investor relations between China and the United States of America. Cooperating with relevant departments of the Chinese and U.S. governments to engage in cultural and economic activities, the annual summit effectively builds a bridge to promote trade relations between two cultural enterprises.
The theme of this year’s summit is “China + The United States of America, The Future of the Culinary Industry”. In partnership with the American Food Association and the Global Cuisine Awards, the summit will discuss culinary industry trends and provide unique opportunities.
The summit offers a unique way for restaurateurs, hoteliers, managers, chefs and sommeliers—from both the United States and China—to blend their knowledge and expertise within the ever changing culinary landscape.
