TESTIMONIALS

Jon Gluck

Beverly Hills Chamber has been a powerful resource for our company since we launched in 2013. From day one, the hard working team at the Chamber has gone out of their way to create opportunities for us. They provide us with valuable guidance, introduce us to quality people and potential customers, and involve us in marketing programs that help grow our brand. Winning the 2014 Golden Palm Award for Innovation was an especially exciting and valuable experience as it further established our company’s credibility in the community. We count Beverly Hills Chamber as one of our strongest supporters and a key contributor to our success. The sky’s the limit with Beverly Hills Chamber by your side.

About Us

King’s Arch is a multi-disciplinary real estate firm specializing in high-end creative office, and multi-family properties. The inception came approximately twenty years ago with the acquisition of two severely distressed Beverly Hills office and retail buildings. Headed by partners Allen and Richard Shamooilian, the company has grown to hold ownership in a significant portfolio consisting of office, retail and residential holdings located primarily in Los Angeles.

King’s Arch is a vertically integrated company handling management, leasing, and construction management for both King’s Arch and third-party-owned real estate. King’s Arch has taken on approximately 1,000,000 square feet of projects in Southern California. When it comes to value-add and adaptive reuse opportunities, King’s Arch is a proven market leader.

Today King’s Arch averages at least one successful close per quarter and hopes to increase that pace in the near future. Case studies can be made available upon request. We encourage you to join us on this incredible journey.
