Masae Brittman is the Founder & Curator of Zen-ith Japan LLC, a Beverly Hills–based luxury Japan travel concierge dedicated to creating bespoke journeys throughout Japan for discerning international travelers.

Born and raised in Japan, Masae has lived in Tokyo, New Zealand, Hong Kong, London, New York, and now Los Angeles, giving her a truly global perspective. Her international hospitality career spans both Japan and the United States, including the airline industry and prestigious private membership clubs serving executives, celebrities, and discerning clientele.

Having experienced both Eastern and Western cultures firsthand, Masae understands how to bridge cultural differences while anticipating the unique expectations of international travelers. Her deep-rooted connections throughout Japan provide access to extraordinary people, places, and experiences that are rarely available through conventional travel.
